NT Service is stuck when printing MS Excel, Doc files.

This is a known issue with MS Office, when you use it for the first time it asks for the Office CD to create a new user profile for the current user, when Batch & Print Pro runs as a service it run's under LOCALSYSTEM profile which is a new profile to MS Office so prompts, this causes it to get stuck.

A resolve is to change the login for the service to an account that you have used for MS Office Applications, two ways:-

1. Edit file: C:\Program Files\Traction Software\Batch & Print Pro\BPPNTService.ini   and change lines:

AccountUsername = "LOCALSYSTEM"
AccountPassword = ""

2. Go into Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->Services  and right mouse properties on the "Batch And Print Pro" service, Click "Log on" Tab and change the login settings.
