How to set the working directory when running from Java

For Batch & Print Pro to pick up the .ini configuration files the working directory has to be set to the location of "Batch And Print.exe", otherwise it will create new ones based on the internal default values.
To set this use the -i parameter, this has to be the first parameter in the list. e.g.
"Batch And Print" -i"C:\Program Files\Traction Software\Batch & Print Pro" c:\test.pdf -p -q
