How to change the default printer back after printing

The reason why it changes the printer is because 3rd party programs like MS Word always print to default by default, Batch & Print Pro changes the default printer before the printing takes place to force the 3rd party application to use another printer if required.

A few ways of setting the default printer back after printing:

1. go into options menu-->general setup options and check the checkbox: 'on quit default back to default printer', note: when this is checked make sure your default is set to the one you want.

2. create a .prs file (printer settings file) and add it to the end of the list, so when the list prints it will execute that change back at the very end. (see help for creating a printer settings file)

3. if you're running in monitor mode, run as a service under another login, then your settings won't be effected.
