How to print all sheets of an Excel file by default

1. When you right mouse on a Excel .xls file
and select print in windows it only prints the active sheets by default,
Batch & Print Pro uses the same method to print so will print only the
active sheets.
2. To make them active manually use SHIFT or CTRL keys and click each
Sheet tab at the very bottom of Excel so they are all selected, then
save the Excel .xls file, next time you print using above methods then
all the active sheets will be printed by default.
