How to resolve Can't Print - did not spool with TIFF files

With version 1.xx:
1. Right mouse on a TIFF file in windows explorer and
select 'print' from the popup menu, if this fails with error or nothing
happens or you cannot see that 'print' option then no program is
associated to print TIFF's on your machine or is not working correctly.
You have a few options:-
a) associate a tiff viewer/print program to the TIFF file type,

b) install our optional TIFF Addon, see:

c) update to Batch & Print Pro v2.xx or above, as we provide an
internal way of printing TIFF files (with Windows XP & 2003 only), in
options menu-->general options, use XP/2003 Microsoft photo printing
instead of shell print, see:

With version 2.xx:

If you're using windows XP or 2003 go in to options menu-->general options,
make sure 'use XP/2003 Microsoft photo printing instead of shell
print' is checked.
