When printing PDF's we occasionally get pages coming out as square blocks.

This is a known incompatibility issue with
Adobe Acrobat and HP printer drivers, a few ways of solving this problem are
below:-
NOTE: Batch & Print Pro does not interfere with the Acrobat printing it's purely
a file batching program.
1. Upgrading the printer driver to the latest version available from HP.
2. Using a postscript printer driver can sometimes solve the problem.
3. Changing the version of Acrobat Reader may fix the problem, upgrade or downgrade.
4. If you do a search on Google newsgroups http://www.google.com/grphp for 'acrobat print blocks' you'll find a few people with the same problem when printing from Acrobat, you may find further tips there.
5. Another possibly way around this
is to print as image which can NOT be selected/done through standard Batch &
Print Pro, but with the
Batch & Print Pro PDF Addon+ it can be selected.
We advise you not to-do it this way if at all possible because printing as image
can make the spooling file much larger so it takes longer to spool and print,
this is a last resort fix.
