Directory monitor is activated but nothing is printing.

A few things to check before you contact us:-

1. Clear the error log in 'Log' Menu-->Clear error log, if you have tried to print the file before then clearing the logs will print them again.

2. Clear the print log in 'Log' Menu-->Clear print log, if you have tried to print the file before then clearing the logs will print them again.

3. Check the 'only print file type' edit box in directory monitor is set correctly (case sensitive), if you want to print all files then make sure no spaces are in that edit box.

4. Make sure trigger monitor checkbox is unchecked.
